Abstract Submission

Abstracts submission were opened on October 1st, 2017 and closed, after deadline extension, on March 24, 2018. Exceptionally, due to the high requests received, we can still accept a limited number of Abstract for Poster Presentations only.
All the speakers including Plenary, Keynote and Invited Lecturers MUST submit their abstracts by the present web submission system. No other forms of abstract submission will be accepted.

  • Please do not modify the template layout. Wrongly filled-in templates will be returned to the sender for corrections, delaying final acceptance.
  • Abstracts must not exceed one page and must be uploaded as .docx files (see full instructions on template).
  • The abstracts will be converted to high resolution .pdf files by the Abstract Management Team. Please verify the visual quality of your abstract by printing a high-resolution pdf version (NOT to be submitted).
  • A maximum of TWO abstracts for each presenting participant will be allowed, of which only ONE may be considered and evaluated as oral contribution

Presenting Authors can request either Oral, Flash or Poster presentation. Please note that not all the requests for Oral or Flash presentations may be approved.

Time for Speakers: Plenary Lectures: 45 min; Keynote Lectures: 30 min; Invited Lectures: 25 min; Oral Communications: 20 min; Flash Presentations: 6 min.

An automated email will be sent to the submitting participant to confirm correct receival. The result of speakers’ selection will be communicated to the submitting authors in March 2018.

IMPORTANT: Please fill in all details in the Abstract Submission form. You must select a main topic and a reserve topic for your abstract in the corresponding dropdown menus.
