To reach the Central Railway Station Santa Maria Novella by car you must pay attention to restricted traffic zones. Florence city center is a pedestrian-friendly area and the historic center is closed to road traffic except for residents, taxis and buses. Although there are several parkings available not too far from the Station, it is generally suggested to leave your car at the Hotel and move through the city center by walking or using public transportation.
